TOGA-ETHER AGAIN

FIRST REUNION IN THREE YEARS

Alumnae from each decade going back to the 1940s were present. Our oldest guest was some 94 years old while our youngest, just four months.

Guests mingled and reminisced with each other, they enjoyed footage from past and present in books and displays and enjoyed cakes and savoury items and tea served by our sixth form students. Musical entertain from our Year 9 students set the scene. Tours of the school were offered with the Rivermead building and drama studio, a new addition to the school since the last reunion in 2019, a particular highlight. The Sports Centre, which is not quite completed, could be viewed from the outside.

Frances Andrew, Chair of the TOGA committee welcomed all the alumnae to the reunion and thanked the committee for their hard work in putting on the event. The main news since the last Reunion is the merger of the Old Girls Association with the school. Development Manager, Naia Edwards, expressed the school's commitment to the alumnae community and encouraged everyone to join the new alumnae website, Tiffin Girls Together.

The musicians then led the alumnae in a stirring rendition of the School Song joined by the current students; the perfect example of Tiffin Girls' Together.
